  • The Boys Season 3 Teaser Reveals Billy Butcher’s New Powers

The most exciting part of the recently released trailer of The Boys Season 3 was undoubtedly the first scene where we saw Billy Butcher’s eyes first glowing and then emitting the same laser that Homelander possesses which clearly shows that ‘Monsieur Charcutier’ has undergone some serious upgrades in his powers from the last season. This heightens the excitement for season 3 even further.

The Boys posted a picture of Billy Butcher’s glowing eyes with the caption: “Soon, it’ll be time to level the playing field” on their social media handles. We also saw him throw someone away with his bare hands and this just proves his potential going on in the series. So far, we have rarely seen the full potential of Billy Butcher’s powers and it seems like he is finally ready to face the Supe that he despises the most, Homelander.

In the comic books, Billy Butcher, like all the other characters, is injected with a special variant of Compound V which gives him superhuman strength, durability and increased lifespan. That is true for the TV series as well. However, the biggest difference between the series and the comic books is that in comics, Billy Butcher never possessed such powers as laser beams in his eyes.

This means that there are now 3 supes in the Boys universe with Laser eyed superpowers – Homelander, Billy and Homelander’s son Ryan.

The trailer confirmed that Soldier Boy and Crimson Countess played by Jensen Ackles and Crimson Countess respectively will be the newest addition of supes to Boys season 3 while Annie, Klara, Hughie, Deep, Kimiko, Mother’s Milk and A-Train all return for the threequel of the much-loved series.

The first and the second episodes of The Boys season 3 will be streaming on Amazon Prime from 3rd June onwards. It is definitely one of the most awaited Superhero series of the year and fans have great expectations from it.

  • Deadpool was supposed to have a cameo in Shang-Chi! Concept art makes a big Revelation

Seems like a majority of Marvel rumours and leaks that are being propagated on the Internet lately are somehow linked to the fan favourite character Deadpool. Ever since the rumours of his appearance in the upcoming MCU Magnum Opus Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness are up and running, fans are going crazy about the Ryan Reynolds played the character and are coming up with all sorts of theories. Meanwhile, an official MCU concept art has linked Deadpool to the 2021 hit MCU movie Shang Chi.

Artist and Illustrator Andrew Kim has come up with a stunning concept art which shows Deadpool fighting the Proxima Centauri in Shang Chi’s Golden Daggers Club which was run by the Protagonist’s sister Xialing. In the movie, we saw Abomination fighting Wong and Shang Chi fighting Xialing and apparently in the concept art, Deadpool is fighting Proxima Centauri in the same ring.

The truth about the Deadpool concept Art

Well, there are some valid reasons why some fans think it is nothing more than just concept art. We know that Shang Chi is actually based in a timeline after the Avengers: Endgame which means that Proxima Centauri has already been wiped out by Tony Stark’s snap using the infinity gauntlet.

However, seeing the recent trends of Marvel closely following the fan’s theories and Concept arts in its movies can be an indication after all. Many fans think that Deadpool was set to make a cameo in Shang Chi but the makers decided not to go through it as it would be difficult to explain how he travelled through different universes to appear in the movie (considering the last scene of Deadpool 2 where he travels through times and universes was nothing but a joke).

However, Marvel can explain this travel through universes in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and thus fans think that it is in that movie that Deadpool will be making his long-awaited cameo.

Although actor Ryan Reynolds has denied all rumours of his role in the upcoming movie, leaks from sets and other sources have almost confirmed that he will be making his MCU debut in the movie. It is expected to be a comedic role.

However, nothing about it has been officially confirmed yet and we will have to wait till 6th May to find out on our own.

  • Multiverse of Madness will introduce MCU’s Wolverine – But it will not be played by Hugh Jackman!

A lot of X-Men characters have been rumoured to make cameos of MCU’s upcoming Magnum Opus – Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. The movie will open doors between multiverses and thus lead to the introduction of X-Men (a franchise which we have previously seen under Fox Studios) into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The cameo that fans are most eager for is that of Logan a.k.a Wolverine and according to reports, he is indeed set to appear in Multiverse of Madness. However, there is a possibility that he won’t be played by Hugh Jackman.

Hugh Jackman played the role of Wolverine over a span of 15 years in Fox Studios’ X-Men franchise movies. When we think of Logan, Hugh Jackman is indeed the first thing that comes to our mind. His effortless transition into the character and immaculate portrayal of it has amazed fans from the very beginning.

Hugh Jackman to be replaced as Wolverine?

The fans were thus very excited at the prospect that he might return to the big-screen as MCU’s Wolverine in Multiverse of Madness. The confirmation that Professor X will feature in the movie gave fans the further assurance that Marvel was going in the right direction regarding the X-Men cameos. However, in a recent tweet, Marvel geek Joseph Deckelmeier shattered the hearts of many by saying that we will see Logan in Multiverse of Madness but he won’t be played by Hugh Jackman.

    https://twitter.com/Joelluminerdi/status/1495424618500280322?s=20&t=2es1pZ4GVDouzC0WNQWL4A

“We will see Wolverine in #DoctorStrangeInTheMultiverseOfMadness but it definitely won’t be Hugh Jackman,” he wrote.

On one hand, it is only logical given the fact that Hugh Jackman is over 53 years old. Marvel would want to pursue Wolverine as a long time character in the MCU and they would thus look for someone much younger. However, on the other hand, it is just hard to imagine someone other than him playing Logan. Rumour has it that Daniel Radcliffe can play replace him as Wolverine.

The rumoured star cast of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is simply epic. Mister Fantastic, Namor, Black Bolt, Wolverine, Deadpool, Tom Cruise as Superior Iron-Man, Monica Rambeau’s Captain Marvel variant and many more are expected to make special appearances in the movie.

There will be many more surprises in the movie and we shall be able to witness all of it in the theatres on 6th May.

  • Where are Wanda’s Kids? Multiverse of Madness Trailer gives away a big clue

Marvel’s Disney+ show Wanda Vision was very important for the character development of Wanda Maximoff as she is going to play a key role in MCU’s phase 4. She was seen tapping into her true potential in Wanda Vision and she also transformed into the Scarlet Witch for the first time in MCU, after absorbing the powers of Agatha Harkness in the season finale. Her role in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will be particularly very intriguing.

In Wanda Vision, we witnessed Wanda Maximoff creating a hex or an alternate reality within the city of West View to reincarnate her love interest Vision while trapping the locales of the city. She and Vision gave birth to two twin boys (named Billy and Tommy within the hex. Unfortunately, when she had to open the hex up, it also meant that she would be losing Vision, Billy and Tommy – and she did so.

However, in the post-credit scene, we saw Wanda’s astral projection reading the Book of Darkhold and exploring the Multiverse in search of her sons. It was then that she could hear the voice of her sons and the scene cut to darkness.

All that Scarlet Witch a.k.a Wanda Maximoff wants right now is to get back her kids and she sided with Doctor Strange for the same reason. She wants to travel through different realities to find her sons.

This might be the reason why many think Scarlet Witch might be the antagonist of Multiverse of Madness. Theories claim that it is Wanda Maximoff who sent Gargantos and the other dangerous creature that we saw in the trailer to capture America Chavez

America Chavez can open star-shaped portals to any dimension, universe or timeline she wishes to travel to and Wanda seemingly wants to absorb her powers in order to succeed in her plan to find her kids. The Multiverse of Madness will probably focus on this dilemma very closely.

Multiverse of Madness trailer reveals the possible location of Wanda’s Kids !

But where exactly could Wanda’s kids be? The Trailer of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness might have already given us that answer.

Well, we saw Wanda fighting the glowing thing at Illuminati’s headquarters and in the very next scene, a blood-stained Wanda Maximoff was standing at the door of Illuminati, casting an offensive spell.

When the camera zoomed into, we could see the reflection in her eyes and it gave away a big detail. There were two cages in the reflection and that was where Wanda was aiming.

Have the Illuminati arrested and caged Billy and Tommy !

Well, it is highly likely given their role as the keepers of the sacred timeline in the multiverse. The Illuminati would contain any threat to the Multiverse and as they are aware of the powers of Scarlet Witch, they know what she could do to attain her kids and break laws of reality in the attempt.

However, it might also be a trap set up by the Illuminati to arrest or even kill Wanda! Anything might be possible as we do not know their objective yet. We can only find it out in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness on 6th May.

What do you think – Is it possible that the Illuminati have caged Wanda’s Kids?

  • Disney+ teases the appearance of Peggy Carter as Captain America in Multiverse of Madness

The rumoured list of Marvel’s Comicbook characters that are reportedly set to make their respective debuts in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is growing every day.

The appearance of Professor Charles Xavier (Professor X, played by Patrick Stewart) and Superior Iron Man (played by Tom Cruise) is almost confirmed by now. Disney+ has now teased the appearance of a “What if…?” character in Doctor Strange 2 as well.

“What If…?” was the first animated MCU series of Disney+. It explored the idea of the alternate universe and gave us a taste of different realities from the MCU storylines that we have seen in the past. For example – What if T’Challa became Starlord and Killmonger became the Blackpanther.

One of the most unique episodes of the “What if…?” season 1 was the first episode in which we witnessed the story of an alternate universe in which Peggy Carter was given the Supersoldier serum and she became Captain America instead of Steve Rodgers.

In the climax of the episode, she had to pass through a Multiversal portal and entered the current timeline. She was later summoned by the Watcher to join the Guardians of the Multiverse in the final episode. Alongside Black Widow, Hawkeye, Strange Supreme, Starlord T’Chala, Thor and Killmonger as Black Panther, Peggy Carter defeated Ultron.

Peggy Carter’s Captain America to make Live-Action MCU debut in Multiverse of Madness?

MCU’s Peggy Carter and “What If…?” ‘s Peggy Carter

According to rumours and the current teaser of Disney+, Peggy Carter’s version of Captain America can make her live-action MCU debut in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Hayley Atwell, the Peggy Carter from Captain America: The first avenger (2011) can be seen playing the role.

The rumours started when a sight of Peggy’s Vibranium shield from “What If…?” was spotted in one of the shattered glasses of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ official poster.

Peggy’s shield spotted in Multiverse of Madness poster

When Doctor Strange fell through universes and timelines with America Chavez, there was a scene when they moved from a prehistoric timeline to a universe that seemingly resembled Marvel’s comic-book world. This could be how the animated Peggy Carter could move from the “What if…?” universe to the live-action MCU. However, all these are just theories.

Fuelling the rumours, Disney+ just teased the appearance of Peggy Carter in Multiverse of Madness through a cryptic post on their Twitter account. They tweeted: “It seems that shield has recently reappeared somewhere … 🤔 doesn’t that sound like ‘Madness’ to you #CaptainCarter and all the episodes of #WhatIf are waiting for you on #DisneyPlus !” with a picture of Peggy Carter from “What if…?”

    https://twitter.com/DisneyPlusIT/status/1494236722124791808?s=20&t=bopeeu-YkRCgLMtXdFrBGg

So what do you think. Will we see Peggy Carter as Captain Marvel in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness?

  • Leaked VFX image of Multiverse of Madness confirms Deadpool cameo !

If there’s one thing that the trailer of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has confirmed, it is the appearance and the MCU debut of famous X-Men character Professor X. Professor X’s MCU debut will be like a chain reaction and is expected to pull in a number of other famous X-Men characters into the franchise like Wolverine, Magneto and the very popular Deadpool. In fact, some leaked VFX images and leaked behind the scenes clip of the upcoming movie has almost confirmed the much anticipated MCU debut of Ryan Reynolds as Wade Wilson.

The most jaw dropping scene from Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness trailer showed the protagonist Doctor Strange being arrested and accompanied by Iron Legions to a courtroom, perhaps for the trial of his Multiversal crime.

It is hard to miss that the setting, background, and everything else about the scene points out towards the MCU debut of the Illuminati. The original Illuminati according to Marvel Comics was a secret Think tank group started by Iron-Man and it consisted of 5 members – Tony Stark, Professor X, Reed Richards (Mister Fantastic), Namor, Black Bolt and Doctor Strange.

The courtroom scene from the trailer also showed 6 chairs. However, according to many theories, MCU might have tweaked the role of the Illuminati to fit in with the theme of Multiverse of Madness. They might be shown as the supreme-most organisation that safeguards the sacred timeline much like Kang’s TVA (from Disney+ show Loki) but much stronger.

As Doctor Strange has fiddled with the laws of the Multiverse, he has been arrested by the Illuminati and put on trial exactly as we saw in Loki.

Leaked VFX image confirms Illuminati has arrested Deadpool too

However, over the years, there have been several characters that have fiddled with the Multiverse and the timelines in a worse way and it must be assumed that Illuminati has arrested a number of those offenders. And that is where Deadpool fits in.

In the ending scene of Deadpool 2, we saw Wade Wilson travel through timelines to change the past for fun. He saved his love interest, Vanessa, from being killed, saved the Regular guy played by Rob Delaney, killed his old portrayal in X-Men Origins, killed Ryan Reynolds before he could sign the Green Lantern movie and almost killed baby Adolf Hitler.

In that very hilarious scene, he jumped through a number of different timelines and Universes and toyed with the Sacred Timeline.

It is for this reason that many people think the Illuminati must have arrested him as well. A recently leaked VFX image showed that Deadpool is locked in a cage at the Illuminati Headquarters for his Multiversal crime. It might thus give Marvel a chance to bring the much-loved character into the MCU. He is expected to make a cameo in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness

Also, about a month ago, actor Ryan Reynolds uploaded a picture of him dressed up in the Deadpool suit on Facebook and deleted it instantly. Fans also spotted a woman behind him in the picture and rumour has it that she is the Costume designer of Multiverse of Madness. So all hints point towards Deadpool’s appearance in the movie.

Deadpool Spotted in the official poster of Multiverse of Madness

A close look at the official poster of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness also revealed that one of the shattered glasses in it might have the reflection of what seems like a shushing Deadpool. Although the image is not that clear, many Marvel fans can not unsee it now.

So what do you think? Will Deadpool make a grand appearance in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness?

  • Fan Theory: Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness could introduce us to a new Watcher

An insane fan theory has recently suggested that a character that we saw in the trailer of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, could in reality be the new Watcher of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

According to Marvel folklore, Watchers are one of the oldest entities in the Universe. They are committed to observing and compiling the knowledge on all aspects of the universe that they are assigned, without interfering in their matters.

In MCU’s Disney+ animated series “What If…?” season 1, we saw the Watcher Uatu breaking his oath to not interfere in the events of a universe in order to stop Ultron from destroying the entire Multiverse after he had acquired all six of the Infinity stones.

He recruited a team comprising of Superheroes from across the Multiverse. They were called the Guardians of the Multiverse and were assigned the duty of stopping Ultron from achieving his mission.

They succeeded in doing so after Strange Supreme trapped Ultron and Killmonger in a pocket dimension for eternity. Although the Guardians of Galaxy ended up winning the war, it was unclear whether the Watcher’s actions will have some consequences. However, some fans now think that the Watcher Uatu might be replaced in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness by someone worthier.

Fan theory suggests Mordo might be the new Watcher !

The trailer of Multiverse of Madness shows Doctor Strange being brought into a trial room at the Illuminati headquarters. The Illuminati has thus been portrayed as a bigger version of the PVA (that we saw in Loki). They have thus been shown as some sort of timekeeper of reality – perhaps the biggest form of it.

Seeing the close connection between Mordo and Illuminati, many fans have thus suggested that the Secret timekeeping organisation might have made Mordo the Watcher of this universe.

Mordo had left abandoned sorcery at the end of Doctor Strange (2016) when Doctor Strange used the Time Stone to make a deal with Dormammu, breaking their principles.

Mordo had warned Strange that his actions would have severe consequences and it turned out to be true. “Yes, we did it. No price to pay. We broke our rules just like her (Ancient One). The Bill comes due,” he had said.

Even in the trailer, Mordo said to Strange: “Your desecration of reality will not go unpunished.”

Mordo is one of the most strict believers in the proper safeguarding of the sacred timeline and he would be a perfect fit for the role of the Watcher.

It would be interesting to see if Sam Raimi even tries to exploit this possibility in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness

  • Superior Iron-Man was the Glowing Figure that attacked Wanda in Multiverse of Madness trailer? Marvel Writer makes big revelation

There have been many theories about the identity of the mysterious glowing figure that was shown in the trailer of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Many fans initially thought that it could be an alternate version of Captain Marvel or perhaps the famous Fantastic 4 member Johnny Storm a.k.a Human Torch who was played by our very own Captain America actor Chris Evans in 2005 and 2007 Marvel movies. However, famous Comic book writer Tom Taylor might have just revealed the true identity of the mysterious glowing figure through his recent Facebook post.

Tom Taylor is a famous American comic book writer. He has worked for both DC and Marvel. Although he currently works extensively with DC Comics (his recent work with them being “Superman: Son of Kal El”, he had also been the mind behind many extremely popular Marvel characters including Superior Iron-Man.

After the Multiverse of Madness trailer teased a possible appearance of the Illuminati in the upcoming movie and showed a bunch of Iron Legions accompanying Doctor Strange to a trial room, rumours of Superior Iron Man’s appearance in the movie was spreading like wildfire.

According to Marvel Comics, Iron-Man was the founder of the Illuminati and thus it would be a fitting explanation to bring Tom Cruise’s version of Tony Stark to the MCU.

Superior Iron-Man was the Glowing thing that attacked Wanda?

However, many fans also believe that the glowing figure that was shown attacking Wanda Maximoff in the Illuminati headquarters in the Multiverse of Madness trailer could be Superior Iron-Man who was trying to stop her from breaking or destroying the facility. And writer Tom Taylor has kind of confirmed this theory.

He revealed that Superior Iron-Man’s Endo Sym armour was originally designed to turn red and orange when he was angry. “Lots of people asking me about Superior Iron Man after the trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. I have no inside information but when Yildiray Cinar and I created Tony Stark’s Endo-Sym armour, it *was* designed to glow red/orange when he was angry,” Tom Taylor wrote through a Facebook post.

Previously, all clues pointed out to the figure being Captain Marvel or Monica Rambeau who could go binary and could appear exactly like the being shown in the trailer.

However, a closer look at the figure showed that it was wearing armour with its face uncovered, which was exactly similar to the armour of Superior Iron-Man. This further strengthens the claims that the figure was indeed Superior Iron-Man.

  • Who is the Glowing thing in Multiverse of Madness Trailer? Two theories explained

After Marvel released the much-anticipated trailer of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness two days ago, the fans were seemingly confused about a particular scene wherein a mysterious glowing figure attacked Wanda Maximoff.

The scene appears midway through the trailer and is supposedly set in the Illuminati Headquarters. The glowing thing initially appears to be Captain Marvel or Human torch but a better peek at the 60fps clip which was released today shows us clearly that it is not what we think it is.

Wanda’s fight with the Glowing thing

Well first things first, what the hell is Wanda even doing in the Illuminati headquarters, to begin with. Yes Doctor Strange was shown to be arrested by the Illuminati and they brought him to their secret headquarter but Wanda was not supposed to be there. And given her antagonistic character, which has been portrayed in the trailer of the movie, only a fool would believe that she was there to rescue Doctor Strange.

Well, the answer hides in her eyes in reality. Easter eggs have revealed a fascinating fact about Sami Raimi’s close up shot where he zooms into the eyes of a wounded Wanda Maximoff who is standing at the door of Illuminati headquarters.

The zoomed-in shot of her eyes shows two cages and according to rumours, the Illuminati has trapped her kids in those cages so that the Scarlet Witch can not come in contact with this alternate reality of hers.

This has infuriated Wanda Maximoff as she and her brother Pietro were treated the same way by Hydra and thus she has broken into the Illuminati HQ.

With all things considered, there are 2 theories as to who the Glowing thing can be and here we present them to you.

Theory 1 – Superior Iron Man

Seems like an eternity that rumours of Tom Cruise making his debut in the MCU as a Superior version of Tony Stark a.k.a Iron-Man started going viral. The makers of Iron-Man had originally considered casting the Mission Impossible star as Tony Stark instead of Robert Downey Jr in the first movie but decided otherwise later.

With the appearance of Iron Legions or Ultron Sentinels in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness Trailer, it is almost sure that we going to take a look at that alternate reality of Tony Stark in the upcoming movie.

The Superior Iron-Man was reportedly able to successfully execute the Ultron Program and thus the Iron Legions initiative never failed.

A close-up look at the glowing thing that attacked Wanda in the Illuminati HQ shows an armour covering its face that is very close to the renders we have seen for Tom Cruise’s Iron-Man suit. The close-up shot also reveals a goatee shaped Moustache that Tony Stark is famous for.

Iron-Man was originally the founder of the secret Superhero organization Illuminati and the appearance of Superior Iron-Man thus makes sense. We would expect him to have access to the entire Illuminati HQ and it is obvious that he would attack Wanda if she tried to break into their facility.

Theory 2 – Monica or Maria Rambeau

The first character that comes to our mind after seeing the glowing figure is undoubtedly Captain Marvel as it goes binary like we have seen Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel do in her MCU appearances so far.

However, rumours and a close look at the shot reveal that the figure looks nothing like Brie Larson.

Many reports suggest that it is indeed Monica Rambeau or her Mother Maria Rambeau from an alternate reality where either of them received the Captain Marvel mantle.

However, it can also be Monica Rambeau from our Universe. She was split into many forms and received Supernatural powers when she crossed Wanda’s Westview pocket dimension a number of times. It would be really dope seeing her use her full powers and stand against Wanda in a fight.
